Administrator Capabilities

All users of the Admin Portal are granted administrator-level access, which provides full visibility and control across the system.

As an administrator, you have access to all available modules, including:

  • Users
  • Clinical
  • Course
  • General
  • Reports

What You Can Access

With administrator access, you can:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Configure clinical data, locations, and requirements
  • Set up and manage courses and rotations
  • Maintain system-wide reference and demographic data
  • Create and update assessment templates
  • View and monitor student and preceptor activity
  • Access and run reports

System Visibility

All administrators have access to the same features and functionality. The modules and options available in the navigation menu and dashboard are consistent across all admin users.


Support and Responsibilities

Because administrator access provides full control of the system, it is important to:

  • Ensure data is entered accurately
  • Review changes before saving
  • Follow your organization’s processes for managing users and system configuration
